Like the three previous films, this one will be an original production, although Horikoshi Kohei, the series creator, will be providing more guidance. Although the plot is unknown at this time, it is clear from the trailer. The narrative takes place in a ruined hero civilization following the catastrophic events of the Paranormal Liberation War arc. The major antagonist, disguised as All Might, gives the unsettling impression that there is someone who looks up to the top hero and wants to take on Midoriya, the rightful heir to the title.
